- Where patients flagged for surgical care get sent. Tool layout is randomised every shift, so you can't muscle-memory the order — read the tray first.
- Minigame / task
- Complete the surgery sequence within 45 seconds. Pick up each tool when prompted and apply it to the correct site before the bar drains.
- Hazards
- Surgery Monster (Tendril) — purple tendrils cover the patient if the timer runs out
- Randomised tool positions between shifts
- Fire events can ignite mid-operation
- Patients can faint while you're still operating
